About This Project

From The Siegel Group comes Bagelmania.

Established in 1989, Bagelmania has been a staple serving up traditional New York-style boiled bagels and home-made Jewish delicatessen recipes to the local Las Vegas community for over 30 years..  

Palm + Ocean was tasked with capturing their expansive menu for the launch on them being on  online ordering platforms DoorDash & Uber Eats. In addition we produced their Doughnut of the Month video for their sister concept, Pinkbox Doughnuts.
