When you think of Las Vegas, one company stands out amongst the rest, and that’s Caesars Entertainment. Iconic hotels including Caesars Palace, known for its Roman opulence, Caesars Palace boasts some of the most luxurious rooms, and high-end restaurants Las Vegas has to offer. From Michelin star chef, Guy Savoy, to international legend Gordon Ramsay, Palm + Ocean Digital had the distinct honour be one of their Agencies of Record for nearly 6 years, working with their Hospitality Marketing division to develop content for their world-renowned restaurants and properties.

Our tenure with Caesars Entertainment saw us overseeing the launches of The Bedford by Martha Stewart, Vanderpump Cocktail Garden, Dominique Ansel Las Vegas & Vanderpump Á Paris. Our work has been featured along the Las Vegas Strip, including their marquees, in-room media, casino floor displays, official website, social media, paid ads, magazines, and has been used for press and worldwide publications, including Travel + Leisure Magazine, LA Times, Eater, Bon Appetit, People Magazine & more. We have worked with acclaimed celebrity chefs Guy Fieri, NOBU, Gordon Ramsay, Bobby Flay, Lisa Vanderpump, Martha Stewart, Dominique Ansel & Giada de Laurentiis. Palm & Ocean also oversaw the launch of Dominique Ansel Las Vegas where we were the Agency of Record for their first year, launching their social media channels to great success, generating millions of impressions for Dominique’s Las Vegas debut.
